Charles Charpeniter Thurman is a native of Sea Cliff, NY, where the group is currently based. Growing up, his preferred past-time was collaborating in rock bands, all the while focusing on songwriting and guitar technique. Now, armed with production experience, a degree from NYU in recording engineering, and a uniquely relevant voice he fronts the White Houses - bringing his love of all things sonically strange and beautiful to the drafting table.

Hailing from the Neighboring hamlet of Glen Head, Sean Meagher is the group’s virtuoso keyboardist and creative epicenter. He is a thoroughly experienced performer with a background that ranges from soulful heartland rock, to progressive, and back to alternative. As the Id to Charlie’s Ego, his lush-futuristic soundscapes provide the foundation upon which the music is built.

As the newest addition to the White Houses, Joe took the band from a duo to a fully functioning live trio. Pess is also a Sea Cliff Native, and, like Sean, a graduate of the Berkley School of Music. A well known session player, and full-time teacher with a wealth of technique and a great feel. It took nothing less than a solid technical player and a great all-around guy to be able to bring the music to life on stage. Joe does just that.
